Care & Use

Set Up: Place HeatDeck® on a flat, heat-safe surface. Plug in and select a preset or adjust temperature in 5°F increments.
During Use: Keep food directly on serving dishes, pans, or trays placed on the glass top. Avoid rough ceramic/earthenware that may scratch the surface.
Safety: Use the child lock when little ones are around, and rely on the non-heated edge and auto shut-off for peace of mind.
After Use: Wipe the glass top clean with a soft cloth once cooled. Do not immerse in water.
Storage: Protect your ThermaPlate with the included Culvani storage bag when not in use.

Shipping

When will you ship my item?

All orders will be immediately handled. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within the same day of payment; orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next day. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped out from our facility.

For pre-sale items, your order will be shipped after the in-stock date.

*Except pre-sale items, which will ship after the date specified for each product. Standard shipping times apply to these items after they become available.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return my order?

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund for convenience.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, cords, accessories, and documentation included.

Once our Culvani Care Specialists receive and inspect your return, our accounting team will process your refund within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with refund details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How does the 5 year warranty work?

After you receive your order, you can register your product using this warranty page.

What is covered by this warranty?

The original unit and/or non-wearable parts deemed defective, in Culvani’s sole discretion, will be repaired or replaced for up to five (5) years from the original purchase date.
In the event a replacement unit is issued, the warranty coverage will continue for the remainder of the existing warranty or two (2) years from the date you receive the replacement unit—whichever is longer. Culvani reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.

What is not covered by this warranty?

Normal wear and tear of parts that require regular maintenance and/or replacement to ensure proper function (such as blending vessels, lids, cups, auger, removable parts, etc.).
Any unit that has been tampered with or used for commercial purposes.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent handling, or failure to perform required maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the unit clean and free of debris).
Damage caused by mishandling in transit.
Consequential and incidental damages.
Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by Culvani, including damages caused during shipping, alteration, or unauthorised repairs
Products purchased, used, or operated outside of North America.
