Pineapple, citrus, and a touch of spirits bring this tropical favorite to life. It’s
a bold, refreshing cocktail that’s ready to serve in just minutes—perfect for
warm afternoons or festive gatherings.
Ingredients
3 oz vodka
3 oz light rum
2 oz blue curaçao
12 oz pineapple juice
4 oz sweet and sour mix
Garnish: pineapple wedge
Garnish: cocktail umbrella
Directions
Pour vodka, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and sweet and
sour mix into the container.
Select COLD DRINKS mode. Use the default setting for consistently great
cold drinks, or fine-tune the temperature to create your perfect pour.
When the drink reaches the preset temperature, the display will show
“COOL”—that means it’s ready.
Dispense: Place a cup on the drip tray, position the handle downward,
and slowly pull to serve. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail
umbrella.
Optional: For a stronger drink, add an extra splash of tequila or Grand
Marnier directly into the glass before serving.
