Zesty lime, a hint of sweetness, and that signature frozen texture—this
margarita slush is ready to raise the bar. With just a few ingredients and your
Chillux Frozen Drink Maker, you’ll have icy perfection in every pour.
Ingredients
4 oz simple syrup
5 1⁄2 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Grand Marnier (or substitute Triple Sec)
4 oz top-shelf tequila
2 3⁄4 cups cold water
Directions
In a large pitcher, stir together the simple syrup, lime juice, Grand
Marnier, tequila, and cold water. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for
at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
Once chilled, pour the mixture into your frozen drink maker container
and select SPIKED SLUSH mode. Use the default setting for ideal slush
texture, adjusting the temperature to your preference.
When the slush reaches the preset temperature, the display will show
“COOL”—that means it’s ready.
Dispense: Place a cup on the drip tray, position the handle downward,
and slowly pull to serve. Serve in a chilled margarita glass with a salted
or Tajín-coated rim, and garnish with a lime wedge.
Optional: For a stronger drink, add an extra splash of tequila or Grand
Marnier directly into the glass before serving.
